1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 cup Tomato Sauce
.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 375. Combine chopped onion, uncooked brown and white rice, seasonings and extra lean ground beef. Mix well. Shape into large meatballs. Heat a frying pan with a bit of oil. Pan fry in hot pan to brown edges.
While browning, add tomato sauce, 1 cup water, brown sugar and seasonings of choice (ie: some garlic salt and worchershire sauce).
When meatballs are browned (turn occasionally to get all sides), turn off heat. Add a bit of sauce to the bottom of a 9"x9" pan, add the meatballs on top of sauce, then top with remaining sauce. Cook in oven for about 30 minutes or until meatballs are done.
This pairs nicely with cooked rice and steamed veggies.
