Introduction

Ingredients

    2.0 serving pasta, Barilla Farfalle pasta
    2.0 cup Tomato Sauce
    6.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    8.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    5.0 oz Asiago Cheese
    1.0 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork
    1.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    2.0 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

Cook pasta and sausage separately. Drain excess fat from sausage. Prepare your favorite marinara sauce and alfredo sauce. I use heavy cream, milk, butter, and parmesan cheese. Combine all the ingredients in an oven safe dish. Sprinkle Asiago cheese on top. Bake til cheese is golden brown in a 375 degree oven.
