Introduction

Ingredients

10 hard boiled eggs
10 Tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayo
5 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
3 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
6 tsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
Directions
Drop eggs into boiling water and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Peal eggs and chop finely
(I use a Braun hand mixer)
Add all other incredients and mix well.
Chill. Holds for several days in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
Serve on whole wheat bread, crackers, or add as a topping for salads.
