    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 of a large red onion
    2tbls red wine vineger
    4 tbls evoo


dice tomatoes onion and garlic add to a bowl then add few torn leaves of basil salt and pepper to taste and evoo and vinegar let set for 10 min and serve with pita or french bread
