Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups flour
    .25 cup sugar
    .5 cup skim milk
    .5 cup water
    1 tsp vinegar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tbs yeast
    .5 cup canloa oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Spray baking dish with fat free spray. Mix vinegar and milk in a small bowl and set aside. Dissolve yeast in warm water, set aside. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Drizzle oil over dry mixture and cut with pastry cutter until crumbly. Add milk and yeast mixtures. Mix but do not over-mix! Press onto floured surface to about 1 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter or small glass into 16 biscuits and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Great with fat free butter spray or as shortcake!
