Ingredients

482 gram Green Gram lentil cooked( whole moong Dal)
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.5 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
.5 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC)
    1 tsp Pepper, black

Tips

Definitely experiment with different herbs to make this patty to suit your taste. Adhere to 2 minutes on medium heat and turn otherwise they will burn.

Directions

1- take 1 tsp of oil or cooking spray (not included in calories) in a large frying pan. Cook the onions and garlic (cut them small) until they are cooked (3 min)
2-Combine all, including the cooked onions and garlic(17 oz. of lentils is about 1 cup dry cooked in 4 cups of water if you don't have ready made) in a food processor. Pulse 2-3 times quickly.
4-Scoop out with 1/4 cup as a scoop. Lightly pat them into desired shape or drop them in the pan and flatten after you turn them.
5-Add 5 Burgers at a time. The mix will not be hard like a cookie dough but rather on the wet size depending on what kind of lentils you use. Brown is firmer.
6- A yogurt sauce would pair nicely with this Patty.
