Introduction

Puts a twist on basic chicken salad. Need Magic Bullet or other food grinder/processor to prepare this. Puts a twist on basic chicken salad. Need Magic Bullet or other food grinder/processor to prepare this.

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley
    4 cherry tomatoes
    2 Tbs. Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    4 oz. cooked and cubed skinless chicken breast
    4 slices whole wheat bread

Directions

Make sure chicken is cubed. Add the chicken, onion powder, dill weed, parsley, tomatoes and miracle whip to your Magic Chef Bullet cup. Be sure to use the cross blade. Use the quick pulse technique to combine ingredients until desired consistency.

Makes 2 sandwiches

    Very Good
    I loved this one! I kick up the fiber by adding fresh diced celery. Also, I love mustard, so I dollop that into the mix. To save on carbs I roll it all up in romaine lettuce leaves! This bumps up the folic acid and adds little fiber! Thanks again for the recipe! - 8/4/08
