Introduction

This is my go to breakfast yogurt. Serving size is small for those that have had WLS like me (Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass (3/30/21). Great for pureed stage and beyond! This is my go to breakfast yogurt. Ingredients

    75.0 gram Dannon Oikos triple zero vanilla
    0.5 tbsp Smucker's Sugar Free Blackberry
    0.15 oz Isopure Whey Protein Isolate, Natural Unflavored

Directions

I mix the protien powder into just the yogurt. You could mix it all together, however I enjoy some berry bites and just vanilla bites!
