    1 banana sliced
    1 scoop soy protein powder
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen mango
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup ice
    6 oz peach light yogurt

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth. Should make two smoothies.
