Dairy free sugar free and gluten and wheat free! Dairy free sugar free and gluten and wheat free!

Ingredients

    1.0 serving Egg white, large
    1.0 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia all-purpose sweetener
    0.125 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    9.0 tsp Pure Tapioca Flour

Directions

Add egg white. Sweetener and dash of almond extract or citrus extract to bowl and whip until the mixture triples in volume. Quickly whip in your yogurt or dairy free milk careful to not deflate the mixture. SIFT in the flour, then fold it into ypur mixture. Don't overcook the pancakes!
