Ingredients

    2 pounds Baby Potatoes, cut in half
    1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tablespoons Club House La Grill Vegetable Seasoning

Directions

Wash and cut up potatoes. Put into a large zip lock bag. Add oil, close the bag and toss to coat the potatoes. Add the seasoning and toss again. Put in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour at 350F or until tender.
