Introduction

This is an easy recipe. You can add all the ingrediants into a crockpot, turn it on and leave it. When you come back, dinner is ready.

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts - skin & bone removed
    (you can use frozen when using crockpot)
    6 carrots cut up
    5 potatoes chopped up
    2 onions chopped up
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 can of spagetti sauce (your choice)
    4tbsp curry powder (use more or less depending on your taste preference)
    1 cup water

Directions

Put chicken on bottom of crockpot. Add carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, spagetti sauce and curry powder. Add 1 cup water. Set crockpot to desired setting. Adjust curry powder to taste prefernce.

This can be served over basmati rice.

Recipe makes 6 large servings or 9 smaller servings which can be served with salad.
