Ingredients

    3 1/2 c. Oats
    2 c. Frosted Mini Shredded Wheat Cereal
    1/4 c. Slivered or Sliced Almonds
    1/4 c. Pecan or Walnut Pieces
    1/4 c. Sunflower Seeds
    1/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
    12 Dried Apple Rings
    1/2 c. dried cranberries
    1/2 c. golden raisens

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all the ingredients except for the dried fruit in a bowl. Spread out the mixture on nonstick baking sheet and bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer the granola back to the mixing bowl. Stir in the fruit and let the granola cool before you eat it or store it.

6 One Cup Servings.
