Introduction
I was trying to come up with something healthy and not quite the typical "lettuce salad" for summer. I love fruits and veggies and try to sneak them in on my family when i can. 2 Party Tray sized celery sticks
2 TBSP Light Miracle Whip (use more if you would like it more moist)

1 teaspoon apple cider vineager
1 teaspoon of honey
and about 2 TBSP crushed walnuts

Add 2 TBSP Light miracle whip (add some if you want your salad more moist)
Dice up the 2 party tray sized celery sticks and add to the mixure
Cut up the 12 grapes in halves (unless they are larger-then you may want to quarter them) and stir them in with other ingredients
Add 2 TBSP Pineapple Tidbits -dont be afraid of a little juice
Add in 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vineager. Mix Well.
*Feel free to change up the fruit add apples instead of pineapple with some raisins instead of grapes.
Take this dish to work with 2 whole wheat tortillas and some romaine lettuce for a great lunch at work.
