Introduction

I know it's not low on fat, but it's made almost every weekend in my house, so I wanted to know what I was actually eating. Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 cup whole wheat flour (use all purpose if you want this to really rise)
    cinnamon to taste
    dash of salt
    1 cup blueberries
    1/4 c butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Place butter in a square casserole dish and then put dish into oven while oven heats up.
Mix first 5 ingredients together then add the blueberries.
Once butter has melted and oven is to temp, pour batter into dish and bake for 25-28 min. (Be sure that the oven rack is at least half way down)
