Ingredients

    Unsalted saltine crackers
    Instant, no cook pudding
    Fat free Cool Whip
    sliced bananas, strawberries or other fruit (optional)

Directions

Add milk to pudding as per package directions, and chill until it thickens. Layer unsalted crackers with pudding, fruit (optional) and cool whip in a baking dish. When dish is full, finish off with Cool Whip on top and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. In a 9" X 12" pan, makes 20 2" servings.
