    Juice of a Lemon
    1 cup chopped red peppers
    1 tbs. olive oil
    2 cups chopped organic carrots
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl and toss to coat. Let set for 1 hour for flavors to consumate.
