Ingredients

    5T Honey
    1 Egg
    1/4c lemon juice
    1 1/4 plain white flour
    1 1/2 wholewheat flour
    1.5t baking soda
    1c Greek Yoghurt
    1/4c butrter/butter substitute

Directions

Melt honey and 'butter'
Mix thoroughly.
Spoon into muffin cases (can do with fingers as doughy consistency) or form into scones.

Serve warm.
