Ingredients
-
24 oz of tilapia filets
Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
3 tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
3 tbsp of sunflower seeds
Directions
Using a griddle or broiler pan, spray with non-stick, lay out tilapia filets, and give a couple of shots of spray butter on each pc. of fish. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash liberally.
If you are using a griddle, let cook and repeat on other side when it's time to flip. I cook mine on 400 degrees and flip when the filet is getting white.
If you are using a broiler pan, I bake mine at 400 and flip after 10 min. and repeat procedure and cook for another 10 minutes.
After the fish comes out, let it cool for a bit. Throw the fish in a mixing bowl and chop up with a fork to make it shredded like. Shake vinegar all over it and then mix in the seeds. Stir again and portion into 4.5 oz servings.
