Introduction

This is a quick refreshing dessert/snack. You do not whip the cream just fold it into the cream cheese and jello mixture. It also doubles easily. I have also substituted half and half for the light cream with good results to further reduce the calories to 92 per serving This is a quick refreshing dessert/snack. I'm not a fruity person, so I thought this might not be something I'd like. It's delicious! I used all high fat ingredients. - 8/22/13

The recipe list says light cream then it says fold in heavy cream. Does it matter what one you use? - 8/22/13

    Good
Easy to make but my consistency was off. Next time I need to let the jello cool and use a blender to get the lumps out. Also my cream cheese had been previously frozen. - 1/8/15
