This is a quick refreshing dessert/snack. You do not whip the cream just fold it into the cream cheese and jello mixture. It also doubles easily. Ingredients

8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1 cup light cream
1 (1/3 ounce) box sugar-free jello-any flavor
1/2 cup boiling water
Directions
1 Melt sugar free jello (any flavor) in boiling water.
2 Stir well to dissolve and cool slightly.
3 Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and stir in cooled jello.
4 Lightly fold in heavy cream until well mixed.
5 Pour into serving dishes and put in fridge to chill at least 3 hours.
