Not so much a recipe as an idea. Take some dry crackers and use hummus to add moisture and "glue" the toppings together. I'm sure my fellow sparkers will come up with many tasty variations. Ingredients

    3 Ry-Krisp Light Rye crackers
    2 Tbsp Hummus
    1/4 cup Alfalfa sprouts
    6 slices Oscar Meyer Deli Thin sliced Turkey, Mesquite flavor

Directions

Spread hummus on crackers. Top with alfalfa (or other) sprouts, then turkey slices. Enjoy!
