    asparagus
    carrots
    bean sprouts
    ricotta cheese
    diced tomatoes
    green beans
    spinach
    onions
    eggplant
    bell peppers
    Mozzarella

Directions

put all veggies in layers and cover with the diced tomatoes, the ricotta and mozzarella cheese

cover with aluminum foil
bake at 350 for about 20 mins
