Ingredients

    2 Frozen Chicken Breasts, no skin
    Lipton or store brand Parmesan Noodles
    Frozen Brocolli or preferred low starch veggie
    Worcestershire Sauce
    Garlic Powder

Directions

Brown chicken in skillet
Add 1 tsp. Garlic powder
Add 3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and return to skillet
Mix in favorite Parmesan Noodles according to directions
Add 8 oz. Brocolli or your favorite low starch veggie
Simmer until noodles are cooked and there is some thickness to the sauce
