Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 T. canola oil
    1 C. chopped onion
    1 C. chopped celery
    1/2 C. chopped bell peppers
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes (I prefer Chili or Mexican Style)
    1 C. tomato sauce
    1 T. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 T. chili powder
    1-2 C. water

Directions

Brown ground turkey in canola oil. Add onions, celery, peppers and cook til soft. Add spices, then tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. This can be converted to slow cooker recipe but be sure to decrease the amount of water.
