Ingredients

    2 pounds chicken
    1 medium onion
    5 celery stalks
    2 dashes salt
    3 dashes pepper (add more if you want more flavor)
    5 c. water

Directions

Add the chicken, onion, celery and water to a slow cooker. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper. Put the lid on and cook for 5-8 hours, or until chicken is done. Enjoy
