Ingredients

    Macaroni, whole-wheat, 1.5 cup elbow shaped
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced
    *Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 6 tbsp
    Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing, 8 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup

Directions

Cook pasta. (Any shape) Chop the vegies add to cooled pasta. Mix together the salad dressings and parmesan add to pasta. Add your favorite herbs. I like basil and parsley.
