Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey (93%)
1 can (10 3/4) campbells condensed tomato soup ( regular or 25% less sodium)
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
6 flour tortillas (6") cut into 1" pieces
1 cup onions
Directions
cook turkey in 10" skillet until well browned, stirring to break up the meat. also add onions so that they cook. Pour of fat.

stir soup, salsa, water and tortillas in skillet. Heat to a boil. reduce heat to low and cook 5 min.
(you can top with cheese not figured in calories)
serving suggestions: serve with a mixed green salad with ilalian salad dressing and corn-on-the-cob.
