Introduction

Even my fiance' (the carnivore) likes it! This is simple, super quick, and very tasty. If you want, you can make it spicier by adding more cayenne pepper. Taste it after each tiny bit you add. Ingredients

    1/3 package of morningstar or boca burger vegi crumbles
    1 can chili beans spicy
    1 can of stewed tomatoes
    .5 cup of chopped bell peppers
    .5 cup of chopped onion
    a tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil
    for an extra kick a pinch of cayanne pepper

Directions

Chop up the bell peppers and onions.
Saute in a little coconut or olive oil.You can cook everything on med heat if you are using olive oil. If you use coconut oil you can go up to med high when you are sauteeing the vegi's. Add the vegi burger crumbles. Cook until the burger crumbles are browned and not frozen. Add the beans and the tomatoes. Simmer until heated on medium heat. Stir occasionally.
