Great to use up darkening bananas Great to use up darkening bananas
Number of Servings: 12


    1 c sugar
    1/3 c butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c mashed bananas
    1/3 c water
    1 2/3 c flour
    1 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. baking powder


mix butter and sugar.
add eggs & mix
add bananas and water - mix 30 sec.
stir in four, b. soda, salt and b. powder just until moistened
pour into greased loaf pan
bake for 60 min
