Ingredients

1 Large Egg, Fresh
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (Prego, Traditional)
1 Package Spaghetti (Dreamfields Low Carb)
2 Packets BOCA Ground Burger (approx 2 cups)
1 cup Mozzarella, Part-Skim Shredded Cheese
2/3 cups Parmesan Cheese
15 oz. Ricotta Cheese, Fat Free
Makes 8 servings
Preheat oven to 350
Directions
Add 2 packets of BOCA Ground Burger to a pot with Spaghetti Sauce and set to simmer
Prepare Spaghetti as directed on package. Drain and set aside.
Beat the egg then add the Ricotta Chese and Parmesan Cheese. After mixed well fold in spaghetti and mix until well coated. Spray a 2-qt. Casserole dish with Pam. Pour in spaghetti mixture and flatten out in casserole dish. Cover spaghetti mixture with approximatly 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce and top with 1 cup Mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 8 servings.

This recipe is missing a few steps as far as adding the sauce mixture to the spaghetti. At what point do you suggest adding sauce? According to your recipe, you only use 1 cup of the sauce mixture. I added the all of the sauce over the spaghetti mixture before baking, could use more than one jar. - 10/19/08
