A quick way to perk up a glass of water on a hot summer day.


Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Lemon
    1 tsp Splenda or Sweet N Low
    ice cubes
    2 cups of water

Directions

1. Slice one lemon in half.
2. Slice one of the halves into rings.
3. Place in a glass with ice cubes
4. Sprinkle one tea spoon of Splenda or one packet of Sweet N Low over ice and lemon slices.
5. Squeeze juice from remaining halve over ice.
6. Fill glass with water and stir.

Makes one 16 oz serving or two 8 oz servings.
