Introduction
Who says you can't have your pizza and eat it too?!?! Who says you can't have your pizza and eat it too?!?!Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

1 Flour Tortilla, 8in or Burrito Size (could use whole wheat for more fiber as well)
1/4 c. Part-Skim Shredded Mozzeralla Cheese
1/8 c. Feta Cheese (I like the herb blend)
1/2 c. fresh grape tomatoes, sliced in half
5 leaves fresh basil, cut into ribbons
dash of salt
dash of black pepper
dash of red pepper flake
dash of garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place tortilla on baking sheet or cutting board (I like to bake my pizza directly on the rack). Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta. Pat tomatoes with paper towel to soak up any extra moisture. Arrange tomatoes on cheese. Sprinkle with garlic powder, red pepper, salt, and pepper.
Bake in upper portion of oven for 10 min or until tortilla is lightly brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and sprinkle basil on pizza. Cut into 8 slices and ENJOY!
