Ingredients

    1 bunch of broccoli
    2 lg sweet potatoes, peeled and cubbed
    1 medium onion, sliced or chopped
    2 cubes low-sodium chicken bouillon
    garlic powder
    black pepper

Directions

Wash and cut up veggies. Put in a steamer basket in a pressure cooker with 1/2 to 1/3 cup water. Crumble the bouillon cubes over the veggies, sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper to your taste. Steam veggies to desired doneness (4-6 minutes). The longer the veggies are cooked, the mushier they will be.
