Ingredients

    2.5 - 3 pounds of beef
    Mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    2 Golden Cream of Mushroom soup
    1.5 cups Barley
    Fresh Garlic

Directions

Cut Beef into cubes. Mix all ingredients with 1.5 cups of water in crock pot. Cook for 8 hours.
