Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white flour
    1/2 c. 1% milk

Directions

Mix all ingred. just until moist. Pour into greased reg. sized muffin cups. Bake at 450 for 10 min then at 350 for 15 min. Serve hot. Makes 5 popovers.
