Ingredients

    cilantro leaves, 2 cup (remove)
    mint leaves, 1 cup (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    ground cumin, 1 tsp
    *Lemon Juice, .0625 cup = 1 tbls
    Voskos greek style yogurt, 227grams = 1 c.
    kosher salt, 1 serving

Directions

In a blender, combine the cilantro, mint, jalapeno, garlic, cumin and lemon juice and puree to a paste. Add the yogurt and puree until smooth. Season with salt.
MAKE AHEAD The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
