I like smoothies for breakfast. Not being a breakfast eater, I get some nutrients before my day starts with a smoothie. I like smoothies for breakfast. Not being a breakfast eater, I get some nutrients before my day starts with a smoothie.

Ingredients

    orange juice 4 oz
    fiber one yogurt 4 oz
    frozen strawberries 3-4
    frozen blueberries or blackberries 1/4 cup
    1 medium banana

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Drink and enjoy.

  • Hmm,so good, waslooking for a quick smoothie recipe. This is 1 of the best. I did Peach fiber 1 yogurt, strawberries, blueberries & bannana. Very Tasty! - 7/12/09

    Thats cool Ive been trying pinapple instead of banana and apple instead of orange because I know some people don't like the citris fruits as much but apple and pineapple are up high on the most liked citrus list! :D - 1/8/09
