Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Tble Vegetables oil
    1 1/2 cup chopped onions (more or Less to taste)
    1/4 cup chopped cabbage
    sm can chopped mushroom
    1 reg.can of mixed vegetables
    6 eggs

Directions

Brown all the veggies in oil until onions are tender
beat eggs and stir into skillet stiring until eggs are almost done.
cover and lower heat cook another 5 min.
can garnish with cheese if you perfer

serves 5 approximately 1 cup each
