Directions

Boil 1 cup of water. Add 1 cup white rice. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Add can of diced tomatoes and cook till heated.

    Incredible!
    I made this for dinner tonight . . . and hubby and I shared it. (Makes a LOT) It's a VERY inexpensive and easy side dish!!
