1/4 cup Fontina Cheeze
1/4 cup Gorgonzola Cheese
1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp butter, unsalted
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
** of course, you make this recipe healthier by using butter substitute and light cream

DIRECTIONS
1. cook pasta according to box.
2. A few minutes before the pasta is ready, combine all other ingrediants in a sauce pan until just melted and combined. Remove from heat.
4. Stir together pasta and cheesy-goodness.
