Introduction
This are my turkey burgers adapted from the way I do my beef burgers. I love these! The soy sauce helps the turkey so it's doesn't dry out. I have them with no bun, with lots of lettuce and tomato. Hope you enjoy. This are my turkey burgers adapted from the way I do my beef burgers. I love these! The soy sauce helps the turkey so it's doesn't dry out. Ingredients
-
1 lb Ground Turkey
1/2 c Onions, finely chopped
1 Jalapeno Pepper, finely chopped (optional)
2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Bread crumbs, I use Italian
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop and mince all the required veggies.
In a medium bowl, add the turkey with onions, jalapenos, cilantro, garlic, soy sauce, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt & Pepper to taste.
Mix by hand and form 4 patties.
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until done.
** I like mine served over a bed of fresh lettuce leaves, a soy cheese slice, and tomatoes.
**You can add a slice of turkey bacon for just about 35 calories more.
******Makes 4 servings, 1 patty each (4 0z)
