Ingredients:
Aylmer Diced tomatoes ( tinned) , 3.359 cups ( 1TIN)
Compliments low salt whole kernal corn canned, 1.439 cup (1 Tin)
Unico Bean Medley , 2.278 cup ( 1 tin)
Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 1 small cut into medalions.
Peas, frozen, 0.66 cup
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 30 grams
Water, tap, 0.5 cup (125 ml)
Fresh herbs of choice
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on High 4 - 6 hours.
Add fresh herbs at the end and seasoning ( NO SALT!!!)
Serve with Rice/pasta /chicken/beef...etc
1 serving is 1 cup of sauce!
