Introduction

This is a great take on a shake that I learned from a freind of mine! I wasn't sure about soy milk but it is great mixed with milk. This is a favorite of my fast and easy breakfast on the go ideas!! Ingredients

    1 cup Chocolate Soy Milk
    1 cup Skim Milk
    1/2 cup strawberries (you can substitute with blueberries, banana, peaches, or whatever fruit is your fave)
    Splenda if the fruit and soy milk isn't sweet enough!!

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth...pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!!
