Introduction

This is a yummy treat. When calculating this recipe I used a regular pie crust but I know that if you used a sugar free or low fat crust or fat free graham crackers, it would cut the cals and fat. This is a yummy treat. When calculating this recipe I used a regular pie crust but I know that if you used a sugar free or low fat crust or fat free graham crackers, it would cut the cals and fat.

Ingredients

    2 bars fat free cream cheese
    1 small box sugar free strawberry jello mix (or flavor of your choice)
    3/4 cup hot water
    2 - 3 cups fat free whipped topping
    Graham cracker crust or low fat graham crackers crushed

Directions

If using graham crackers, crush and cover bottom of deep pie dish. Mix jello mix with 3/4 cup hot water. Let it sit no longer than 5 minutes. In a blender put the fat free cream cheese (cut if neccessary) and then add the jello you just mixed with water. Blend well and pour into large bowl. Gently fold in the Whipped Topping and blend well being careful not to flatten it. Pour into pie plate or prepared crust. Cover and let refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
