Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tbl olive oil
    1 large onion coarsely chopped
    2 large cloves garlic (or 3 cloves) minced
    2 large pinches of italian seasoning
    1 tsp medium hot chili powder
    --------
    1 can pink beans (15.5 oz)
    1 can diced tomatoes in tomato juice (15.5 oz)
    3/4 C cooked wild and brown rice mix

Directions

Heat olive oil. Add the onions and garlic and saute until transparent and slightly golden. Add the spices and stir. Add the remaining indredients and stir. Bring to a boil, then simmer 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened and heated through. Serve hot.
