Ingredients

4 c bib lettuce
1/2 c red grapes slice in half
2 tbsp chopped walnuts (toasted)
2 tbsp chopped red onion
2 tbsp walnut oil
1 tbsp champagne vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp chopped shallots
1/8 tsp tarragon
Directions
Chop lettuce and put in serving bowl. Add chopped walnuts, red onions, and sliced grapes. Whisk together champagne vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, tarragon and shallots. Slowly add walnut oil to emulsify. Toss salad gently with dressing and serve.
