Introduction

I found this recipe here, but tweaked it to my family's needs, then I couldn't find it to add it to my planner???? I found this recipe here, but tweaked it to my family's needs, then I couldn't find it to add it to my planner????
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 - 16oz box of Wheat Pasta
    1 - 15 oz can Whole Kernel Corn
    1 - 15 oz can of Black Beans
    2 cup Salsa
    I cup shredded, low fat cheddar cheese
    1 cup diced green pepper (bell pepper)
    1/2 large onion diced small and rinsed.

Directions

Makes12 1 cup servings.
Cook pasta according to directions, rinse with cold water
Chop onion and green peppers, rinse with coldwater.
drain black beans and corn in colander, (may rinse to lower sodium.
Add everything to Large bowl. Add cheese and salsa.
Other spices may be added, pepper, etc.

    Very Good
    I made this recipe but I only added 1 cup of salsa and didn't add the green peppers. I also added a can of stewed tomatos. Instead of onions I put in onion powder. I used 8 oz of wheat pasta bows. - 8/19/09

    Incredible!
    I also couldn't find the original version of this recipe. The original differed from above: 8 oz pasta, 1 cup salsa, no onion. I added lime juice, minced jalapeno, and minced garlic. It was amazing and so easy!! One of my all-time favorites. - 7/10/09

    Very Good
    I added garlic powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper and servied it over a hamburger. It was really good. - 7/7/09
