Ingredients

2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

vanilla wafers

cherry pie filling

Directions

Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs & vanilla extract together in a bowl. Place a vanilla wafer at the bottom of each foil baking cup (cupcake wrapper) & fill each halfway with mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Fill each with cherries. I also use blueberry or strawberry pie filling sometimes. Refrigerate. They look great & taste delicious. Makes about 22.
