Ingredients

    1 package prepared pizza dough
    117 g fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped
    129 g cherry tomatoes, chopped
    dried oregano
    2 tbsp garlic flavored olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 450F. Drizzle casserole pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and distribute evenly with fingers. Spread pizza dough into casserole panl. Mix tomato paste with small amount of water and sread evenly over pizza dough. Top with mozzarella and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano to desired taste and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes.

Makes 16 square servings.

    What do you mean by a casserole pan (can you give me the dementions? Like 9 x 13?). Else maybe you can give me the dimensions of the squares you make and I could figure it out from that. Thanks! - 5/6/09
