Ingredients

    1 boneless pork loin chop (6 oz)
    1 c broccoli chopped
    1 c mushrooms
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 c 99% fat free chicken broth
    2 tbs szechuan stir fry sauce (more or less to taste)
    1 c whole grain instant brown rice
    1 c water

Directions

1.Cube pork loin chop and brown over medium heat in olive oil in large skillet or wok.
2. Add chopped broccoli, mushrooms, chicken broth and szechuan stir fry sauce and cook until broccoli is tender.
3. Mix brown rice and water and cook as directed on package.
4. Combine cooked rice and pork chop and vegetables together and stir to mix ingredients.
5. Serve immediately
